Creating a patient organization is a long road, and no one should have to walk it from scratch. The Toolkit gathers what the Amyloidosis Alliance and its member organizations have built along the way: model articles of association, founding meeting templates, GDPR registers, financial planning sheets, speaker training material, logo files and website guidelines.
